We operate a little different to other piano retailers. Unlike many shops that send pianos out into the regions, we don’t subcontract delivery, tuning or any after sales support.

By looking after every step in the chain, from import warehouse to after sales servicing and warranty, we ensure you get the best price possible and the highest level of service.

We’re regularly servicing up and down the length of the QLD coast, with monthly trips along the Bruce highway. We’ll also soon be launching a mobile showroom so you can trial your new piano with zero risk, even if you’re a thousand kms from our Cairns location.

Acoustic and Digital

While we do specialise in acoustic pianos and recommend them as the best option in most cases, we’re also aware that sometimes due to budget, sound restrictions or the need for other keyboard functions, a digital is the right solution.

We stock the full range of Kawai acoustic and digital instruments, alongside high quality second hand Japanese acoustic pianos. No matter what you’re brief is, we’ll have something that fits the bill.
